Why go?

Missions trips are a powerful way for churches to get involved in the work of Lampei while providing opportunities for believers to move beyond their comfort zones, use their spiritual gifts, and help further the Gospel in new areas. Lampei seeks to reach the nations through church planting, leadership development, and education. For this reason the ministry options are plentiful. The following are a few examples: sports camps, vacation Bible school, open concerts, medical missions, door-to-door evangelism, open air evangelism, and teaching Pastors. No matter the location, opportunities for the furtherance of Gospel are unlimited. Missions teams can travel hours into remote unreached areas or they can walk in the midst of large cities that are Gospel deprived. Potential Trips

Morelia, Mexico

Lampei has two churches in Morelia, Mexico, a city of 1 million people. Like much of Mexico, Morelia is strongly Roman Catholic. We have open doors to go into schools, juvenile detention centers, nursing homes, orphanages and hold outdoor concerts. The options for ministry are nearly unlimited.

Sierra Mazateca in Oaxaca, Mexico

For 8 years now, the Lord has opened doors for us in one of the indigenous communities with the fewest resources in the state of Oaxaca. We are working with churches that desire to plant more churches in the region. We have done medical missions, clothing donations, provided electricity, and held evangelistic events. There are also opportunities for Bible teaching and other trainings for the local believers.

Mexico city, Mexico

Mexico city is the largest city in Mexico and the most populated city in North America. Lampei is exploring future church planting opportunities in Mexico City.

Concepcion, Chile

Iglesia Lampei in Chile was established in February of 2023. God has blessed the church with growth. As the church continues to grow, the need for additional laborers is always present especially among youth, music, and evangelism. A missions team could help evangelize the community, provide training for the church, and also provide insight for the church as it grows.

Spain

In October of 2023 our team traveled to Spain for a vision tour. There is an emergent need there for more Gospel workers and church planters. Lampei is looking for laborers and partners to further the Gospel in Spain.
